Little Luxe Picnics offers a wide range of stylish and high-quality party equipment for rent. Our goal is to make your event unforgettable with our unique and luxurious picnic setups.

• How does it work?

We bring the picnic to you! we supply everything you will need to have a luxury, unique, fun picnic experience. You pick the date and location and we provide everything else. All you have to do is show up! Simply send us a DM with your enquiry and we will get back to you to discuss your vision and help you bring it to life!

• How long do I have the hired products?

You have up to 4 hours, not including the set up before your event starts or the clean-up after. It costs £20 for each 30min you wish to extend after this.

•Can the picnic be set up both outdoors and indoors?

Yes! We know that in Scotland it is impossible to get predictable, sunny weather all year round, so we can of course set up indoors in houses, halls, etc. If you plan to have it outside, we suggest having a 'plan B' in place where we can setup either under a suitable cover eg. a gazebo/marquee, indoors, or we can move your booking to another available date.

• What's included?

We can discuss your requirements before booking but generally each picnic experience includes:

•Low table(s). Each table can sit 4-6.

•Rug and cushions for seating

• Table place settings which includes plates, cups and napkins (can provide cutlery if required)

•Custom tablescape with décor and preferred colour or theme

•Balloon/flower arch over table if desired

•Any other additions can be discussed

• Paint 'n' sip packages contain charges per person, per individual paint and canvas set.

•Travel cost is additional and will depend on your location. Enquire for more info.

What themes do you offer?

We are happy to work with you on a theme of your choice! We have a couple standard themes including our 'Ayla' theme which is pink and colourful, but we can provide any other themes including jungle, teddy bear, romantic, whimsical, or boho.

If there is a particular theme you want, please speak to us and we will do our best to accommodate!
