Refund Policy
At Little Luxe Picnics, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fair arrangements for both parties.
Cancellations & Refunds
21 Days or More Before the Event:
If you cancel your booking 21 days or more prior to your event date, you will receive a full refund minus the deposit, which is non-refundable.
14–21 Days Before the Event:
Cancellations made between 14 and 21 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking fee minus the deposit.
Less Than 14 Days Before the Event:
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable, and the full balance will remain due.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made atleast 24 hours before your event date.
Changes to Bookings
We will make every effort to accommodate changes to your booking date or requirements, subject to availability. In the event of a reschedule within 30 days of the event, the original payment terms will still apply.
Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with you to find an alternative solution, which may include rescheduling rather than a refund.
